📡 Offline / LAN / Hotspot sharing (no internet)

Host opens the game and makes a room — a join QR / link appears. Others on the same Wi-Fi/hotspot scan it and join from any OS.
To share the installer itself offline: run the server and give http://IP:port/installer.html, or pass the bundle file via USB/Bluetooth.
Each device only unpacks & installs its own OS package; the others stay compressed for the next person.
